Purpose and Intellectual Property:

Access to this website implies automatic and unrestricted acceptance of the terms of use set out below; the user acknowledges having fully read and understood them and agrees to comply with them.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) is to define the contractual relationship between Fabrice Lavollay (www.fabricelavollay.com) and the person purchasing products (referred to as the “Customer”), as well as the conditions applicable to both parties for any purchase made on the site.

The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by this contract.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale were last updated on September 16, 2026. The seller reserves the right to modify the GTCS at any time by publishing a new version on the website. In the event of a modification, the terms applicable to an order are those in effect on the date of actual and final payment for the order.

Confirmation of the order by the Customer implies full acceptance of the described General Terms and Conditions of Sale. When placing an order, the Customer declares that they have the full legal capacity to enter into this transaction.

All creations displayed are the property of Fabrice Lavollay. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any counterfeiting or reproduction, even partial, is subject to legal action. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the texts, comments, photos, and articles on this site is strictly prohibited.

Acceptance of the GTCS:

The Customer declares having read and accepted, without reservation, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the sales contract.

The Customer’s acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is signified by checking the box “I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale,” as well as by providing banking details for payment of the order, or by directly approving a quote (e.g., by marking it “agreed” or “approved”). For custom orders, the order confirmation constitutes a signature and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In all cases, by accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer also consents to receive an invitation to review their order.

Items
Photographs of the items displayed are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Each item is presented with a description written by the creator, Fabrice Lavollay.
Prices:
Prices are quoted in Euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). They include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, where applicable.
They do not include order preparation and packaging costs, shipping fees, or other additional charges that may apply based on offered customization services or potential customs duties and taxes. A summary of all additional costs (excluding potential customs duties) will be detailed on the order summary page prior to final order confirmation.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
Prices are subject to change at any time, and any change in the applicable VAT rate may be reflected in product prices.
Prices cannot be modified once the Customer’s order has been placed. The item will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation—specifically, at the time of payment.
Similarly, should any taxes or levies (particularly environmental ones) be introduced or modified—whether increased or decreased—such changes may be reflected in the selling price of items on the “Fabrice Lavollay” website and in sales documents. The prices of items ordered on the site and the date of the order in question shall prevail.
Items remain the property of Fabrice Lavollay until full payment of the price has been made.
Ordering and shipping times:
When placing an order, the user agrees to provide the requested information to ensure the shipment is processed correctly. Items are delivered to the address specified by the customer or to a pickup point selected by the customer when confirming their order. If the address provided with the order is incorrect, or if the parcel is not collected within the required timeframe, any re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In the event of a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.
Items marked “in stock” are generally shipped within 6 business days of receipt of payment for the order. This timeframe may be extended by mutual agreement with the customer. Delivery time must be added to this period.
